Wedding day

Hello dear friends

It’s my turn on the 49 And Market blog and  I would like to share this layout I created using the traditional wedding day recipe namely: something old, something new, something blue and something borrowed.

49 And Market Products used:

Wedded Bliss: Laser Cut Sheet

“Cottage life” – Bicycle Alley

“Scents of Nature” Hold me

Stargazers “Peach Sorbet”

Archival Board white – “Love”

You can read the steps I used to create this below, or simply follow this link to You-Tube for a step by step tutorial

I started of using some of our older papers including both the Scents of Nature Collection and Cottage Life Collection. I tore the Cottage Life sheet diagonally. I kept the corners I tore from the page and fussy cut the branches. I used an extra sheet of the Cottage Life Collection to  fussy cut enough flowers for my layout.

I then added layers of crackle paste and clear gesso. I added 2 layers of crackle paste to get better defined crackles.

I added layers of gauze, lace, fussy cut elements and beautiful new stargazer flowers.

Still following the receipe I added another new couple of elements from the Weddded Blizz Lazercut images.  These images also I clouded a little blue flower which in combination with my photo added this element to the receipe.

Once my flowers and layers were in place, I felt it needed even more texture and added some steaming and 49 And Market Archival board.

To finish it off I added some 13arts splash glitter to my flowers and fussy cuts and a couple of stickers for my journaling purposes.

Last but not least I borrowed my inspiration and design from another layout I recently created for another team.

Thank you so much for visiting us today. I hope you have enjoyed your time here.
