The Castle of Valençay by Pascale B.

Château de Valençay by Pascale B.

Hello Sweeties,

Today I’m up on 49 and Market blog with a page of my Castle’s journal. I made this page during one of the live shows of Finnabair.

I primed the background (Vintage Artistry Sage – Delicate) with clear gesso. Next, I glue some washi tape to the background and added a design with a stencil and White Heavy Gesso.
I started to build my composition with paper scraps from the Vintage Artistry Natural Collage stacks. I added some pieces of lace as well.

When happy with the result, I added some colors with tea to obtain a beautiful vintage brown and green metallic paints.
I added extra touches of color with crayons. Next, I stamped randomly with the Ticket Express stamp.

I finished the page with splatters of gold metallic paint and sequins.
