Hello Sweeties,
Today I’m up on 49 and Market blog with a new tutorial video. Do you want to learn how to make this set of cards with their mailing boxes?

I cut two papers from the VA Natural 6×6 pack. I distress the small piece of paper and glue it on top of the big one. I layered also some elements I’ve cut from the 6×6 cut-out sheets. I added some color with Martina’s Marigold. Next, I added some Butterscotch Sugar Posies. To finish I added some sequins.

The boxes were cut out from an A4 kraft paper (210 g): cut the two pieces one at 7″1/2 x 5″5/8 and the second at 7″5/8 x 5″3/4. Then score each side at 3/4. Finally cut at each corner and glue.
I didn’t decorate the box because I use them to protect the card when I will mail it. I don’t know how it works in other countries, but here in France, and I think it’s the same in Europe at least, when the packet is less than 3 cm high, it’s considered as a letter and not as a package. So I can write on the bow the address and mail it like this. But of course, you can decorate the box as well.
