“Treasured memories” By Christine David

To start I would like to wish you a very happy new year 2020 and that this year is filled with creativity!!!
For this first page of January, I used the magnificent Captured Adventure collection, I find it to be a very versatile collection, I love it !!!!
Here is my layout.

So to start I put a layer of clear gesso on all the background paper, I love this paper with a wooden plank pattern. Then I made patterns with a stencil, with a silicone brush I spread on the stencil of the Graphite texture paste and a little light blue paint to soften the dark gray of the paste.
To make the base of the assembly I used a 6×6 paper from the Captured Adventure collection, with a tool I distressed the edges, I then glued it to the background paper.

I left some natural color chipboards and on others I used some Distress Oxide colors.
I stamped large arrows with the Arrows Stamp Set with black ink on 6×6 paper still from the Captured Adventure collection, then cut them out. I used some kinds of flowers, laser cuts always from the same collection, jute cording, a badge, and a molded shape.
I have added in some places art stones which I colored with liquid acrylic dilute with water.
I stuck some Whishing Bubbles Soda Pop and Fizz colors. To finish I made white drops here and there with white ink.
