Hi there lovelies, Di Garling here with you today. thanks for stopping by the blog. Today I have a new layout to share with you made from the newly released “Heirloom Botanicals” paper collection. I just love this collection, it has so many beautiful papers & I think I like the B sides as much as I like the A sides !!
For my layout today I have used the “Serenity” paper from the “Heirloom Botanicals” as my background.
I love the soft & subtle text & flowers it has on it.
I have teamed it with some of the NEW 49 and Market flowers.
I have used the “Garden Vine – Alabaster” as well as some “Garden Blooms -Alabaster” & teamed them with some of the flowers from the “Basics- Multi Pack Flowers-Creamy Pink”. Collectively I think they are really stunning & I still have plenty left over from these packs to use on other work.
You can see above this photo I have fussy cut some flowers from the “The Patch” paper from the “Heirloom Botanicals” collection & added them in on both the top & bottom of my photo as well as along the top edge of the layout too.
I just adore all these new flowers, especially the “Basics Multi Packs”. The pack has fourteen different shape & size flowers as well as six leaves too, & they come in a huge range of colours.
All these flowers grouped collectively like this look so pretty together, to say I like them is an understatement !!
Here you can see where I have torn the papers down the right hand side of the page to create some layers.
The stripe paper is called “Passage” & the very back one is called “Faded Blooms”.
This entire collection just works so well together & co ordinates beautifully.
This is a closeup view of the top edge of my layout.
I have left a couple of the tendrils from the “Garden Blooms” hanging down for an added touch.
All of the 2Crafty chipboard I have used including the “Corine’s Swirl Flourish”, “Mini Flourish Bits”, “Sybill’s Name Plate” and the “Together- Mini Word from the Mini Words Set #2” is all 2Crafty Chipboard and is available from The Scrapbook Diaries.
All from the 49 and Market “Heirloom Botanicals” Collection
