Hello, 49 and Market fans!
Antonia with you today sharing a new layout. Whenever I have the opportunity, I embrace vintage. And that’s why my favorite collections are those with an old scent, like Curators. Since I had it on hand, I decided to look for the perfect photo to work on a kind of vintage layout and ask my friend Miriam – photographer- to lend me one of the latest she has done. It was perfect for this new project!
I took one sheet with text from the collection and, after gluing it down onto a 2mm cardboard, started adding lots of rub-ons in light blue and cream to match the photo. Afterward, I added some texture paste to the chipboard and waited until it was completely dry, in order to add some gold coat with my finger.
Meanwhile, I worked on matting the photo with some laser cuts. I looked also for some flowers in my stash to complete the look.
When everything was ready, I started to arrange all together. Firstly, I worked on the left side, to make sure that the photo showed as I wanted. Then I decided to add a beautiful spot on the right side. So I took light blue and cream flowers to add some of them on both sides. Once this was ready, I added some Bubbles and Baubles in blue sky.
