Hi friends welcome back!
Today I am sharing an 8.5 x 11 layout designed for 49 and Market Using the Naturalist Papers, Laser cuts, and Rubons along with gorgeous blooms.
Starting with an 8.5 x 11 base, I added some detail using a Stencil and paper paste, then coloring that with Ancient Coin Metallique Paint, which I watered down.
Using the laser-cut photo frame to frame a vintage photo worked so beautifully and blended in so well with my color palette. The florals blended in so well,
I used some washi tape placing it on cardstock, then cutting it out. I then colored them with distress ink coloring them to match my project. you can see the washi tape leaves in the above photo peeking out of the flower clusters. I brushed some gold coin paint on them too.
The shutter from the laser cuts, I primed first, just to give it some added strength. The layered Red Rust Paste and Turquoise Glossy Spray which resulted in that gorgeous patina look I was after.
I then bent my papers to give them an open book look to them and used a lot of foam adhesive to get them to stay in place, I hope you like it too. See you next time.
