Hello Crafty Friends!
Today, I am here with another inspirational layout featuring “Vintage Artistry Everyday 12×12 Collection”.
I started by prepping the “Vintage Artistry Everyday – Garden Variety” paper by applying clear gesso. Once it was dried, I adhered the lace trim laser-cut from” Vintage Artistry Everyday 12×12 Collection” on the paper. I then applied modeling texture paste through the “Iris Tapestry” stencil.
Then I selected few pieces from “Vintage Artistry Everyday Ephemera Stack”, distressed the edges with brown archival ink, and layered them together. I used the frame for the photo from the laser-cuts sheet and layered it on top of the ephemera stack.
I applied white gesso on a small wooden frame and resin embellishment. For the flower clusters, I have used “Royal Spray – Sunshine Paper”, “Wildflowers – Ginger”, “Sugar Posies – Butterscotch” and “Sugar Posies – Tutti Frutti”. I layered the flowers on the left side of the photo and inserted the wooden frame, laser-cut flowers, and leaves between the flower clusters to give it a heavy look.
I also created a very small composition in the bottom right corner using the flowers, laser-cut butterfly, and resin embellishment. I also added “the good Life” sentiment.
I then applied “Vintage Artistry Everyday Rub-Ons” to add more texture to the paper. To adorn the project, I applied glitter, art stones, pearls, and white gesso splatters. To finish my layout, I applied orange watercolor around the composition.
