I used 12×12 Vintage Artistry Teal -Whisper paper as the background paper. I put a layer of transparent gesso over the entire surface of the paper. To give texture to my layout I like to use a stamp with embossing powder that matches well with the colors of the paper and flowers that I will be using. I love writing stamps, so I once again used Springtime Harmony Stamp Set which I stamped here and there with Versamark, then sprinkled some off-white embossing powder that I heated with a heat gun to melt, it gives a nice subtle texture.

I put a little color on the bottom of my page with Green Distress Oxide diluted with water, I made big spots and full drops. Now the composition! I have used Vintage Artistry Essentials – Square Stitched Frames and Vintage Artistry Essentials – Rectangle Stitched Frames, I often use frames without putting a photo inside, I find that makes a nice decorative element.

Under the photo I put some elements of Vintage Artistry Teal Ephemera Stacks and laser cuts from the Vintage Artistry Everyday 12 × 12 Collection Pack bonus sheet. I altered the chipboard with Distress Embossing Glaze Fossilized Amber and the same off-white powder that I put on the background. I made foliage by stamping on a 6×6 Vintage Artistry Teal paper with versamark and an In Between Stamp Set stamp that I embossed again with the same off-white embossing powder, then cut them out. In the bouquets of flowers I put a lace that I frayed, punchinella, lots of laser cut and as always lots of beautiful flowers.

I love the rub ons, I put them everywhere, I even used words that I had to rub on a piece of ephemera to make the title, the rub ons are so versatile we can use them from lots of ways. I finished as usual with lots of white drops, I think it makes a nice finishing touch that rereads the whole layout together.
