“Shine Brightly” by Valia Katzaki

Hello 49 and Market friends!

It is Valia Katzaki today on the blog to show you a layout made with my beloved Vintage Artistry Collection. The sublte and elegant colors of this collection lend themselves to any color scheme you can imagine. So when inspiration stroke and I decided to combine gold with silver, Vintage Artistry was my go-to collection!

I cut the Alabaster Garden Vine in half and placed it on the sides of my photo. I absolutely love Garden Vines because they are the most customizable flower ever! You can cut in half, cut every flower apart if you want but most important, you can bend the vine, every flower and leaf, even the stamens and the small curly branches to any direction that suits your imagination!

All 49 and Market flowers absorb mists beautifully! All the shine stays on top of the flowers without them losing shape. Plus, the flowers already have beautiful texture on them!

Gabi’s Grunge Texture stamp is my new favorite. The corrugated cardboard design is absolutely brilliant! See all the colors and pastes on my paper? The silver paste was extra boiled with my heat gun to create texture – my 49 and Market paper is so thick though, it could endure everything! The paper is as flat as new!

Don’t you love the shimmer?
