Hello everyone,
And here’s my last inspiration of the year, I can’t believe it, time passed so fast! But I am so happy to be able to say that I would still be part of the 2023 Design Team. So happy to be able to continue creating with such beautiful products. Thank you 49 and Market!
To end the year in style, I used the «ARToptions Holiday Wishes» collection. The items in this collection are varied and offer many ideas for creating different layouts. I chose a picture of my grandchildren taken last Christmas.
I used the “ARToptions Holiday Wishes – Poinsettia Dreams” paper. To start, I superimposed a few papers from the “ARToptions Holiday Wishes – Ephemera Bits” pack by sliding a few boxes to enhance the whole. To enhance, I scratched this beautiful Poinsettia included in “ARToptions Holiday Wishes – 12 12 Rub-on Transfer Sheet”. It blends into the paper, the magic of Rub-on Transfer!
At the bottom of my photo, I added a paper of lace and created two clusters of embellishments on each side using different elements of the “ARToptions Holiday Wishes – Laser Cut Elements” pack.
I kept the edges of my photo a little wide voluntarily to be able to scratch bits of Rub-on Transfer. There I added this van with the tree but I didn’t want to cut it, so I scratched the pattern before gluing my photo and the drawing looks whole.
I have long hesitated to add this pattern through the Poinsettia but finally, it blends very well (to my taste of course). To finish a few drops of white gesso and chipboard hearts.
