Hello Crafty People!
This is Veena today I am here to share my latest Autumn-inspired project using “Vintage Artistry In the Leaves” collection.

I recently visited Seattle and was awestruck by the captivating fall colors of the Evergreen state. I was so impressed with the beautiful red-yellow hues of the maple trees all around, I decided to dedicate my following project to the majestic beauty of Autumn (my favorite season).

For the base, I took a wooden acorn and glued “Vintage Artistry In the Leaves – Harvest” on it. Then I applied clear gesso on it and added texture to it using texture paste and stencil. Once the texture paste dried, I applied a spray color in a brown shade.

I then colored a chipboard frame in the shades of red and yellow. I then started building composition by layering “Vintage Artistry In the Leaves Ephemera Bits”. I also added chipboard pieces in between the layers to add dimension.

I then added a photo and built a flower cluster using “Rustic Bouquet – Marigold” flowers. I also inserted lower laser cuts in between the flower layers. I also added a “Remember” quote and a butterfly.

After that, I added a few autumn leaves die cuts, pearls, art stones, glass beads and sequins. I then did some stamping using black ink and “Ticket Express Stamp Set”. To finish the project, I applied “Vintage Artistry In the Leaves – Rub-On Transfers” around the composition.
I have also created a process video for you.
