I am very happy to see you again for this New Year, a year that promises to be on fire for 49 and Market with so many new products.
But for my first inspiration I chose to create with the collection «Irrevocable Beauty», it is so beautiful. I wanted to make a mini album with these photos of my granddaughter and all the papers in the collection. In fact, it is an accordion album that can be posed as photo frames. It can be a very good gift idea and it is really simple to make. I also made a photo slideshow in video to show you more details.
It is not bulky but there is a lot of space for photos. I used all the papers of Irrevocable Beauty 8 X 8 Collection Pack and the Laser Cut Shapes for the cover I used the paper «Loves me loves me not» and the «Laser Cut Element Sheet» included in the pack. I also cut out the motifs of the same paper to be able to add some texture. It is the advantage of working with the pack.
To start, I just added a piece of cardboard under my photo to raise it. Next, I layered all the embellishments on top of my photo. I die cut some elements, but I also used the «Laser Cut Shapes”, they are so convenient. I have inserted Huckleberry Sugar Posies and some Wander Layered Embellishments.
Here is one of the 6 double-pages, each one has one simple page and one with a frame.
On the page with the frame, I didn’t glue the photo to allow the possibility to change the photo. So I manipulated a lot of paper, laser-cut, and played with all the embellishments. For this double page, I used Time Keeper, Sonnet, and Efflorescent sheets. I added some Roughly Sewn Rub-ons in White. On the frame side, I cut out the flowers of the pattern paper to add some dimension.
Throughout my video, I show you all the products I’ve used with lots of details. I also used a lot of novelties.
