“Dream Big” by Gerry van Gent

Hello crafty friends and Happy 1st of April!

I hope you are all doing well. Today I have a canvas panel to share with you – as I mentioned previously in my blog posts I love creating on canvas panels! Main paper collection I used here is “Looking Through” – this collection is not only suitable for girly layouts but as you can see I used it for my teenage boy. I am also featuring gorgeous new flowers which, shhhh, will be released soon! I am sure you will fall in love with those pretty florals.

The basic pattern paper for the background I used is Blue Skies (Looking Through).

I cut an A4-sized rectangle and the leftover strip I used to decorate the next layer of pattern paper.

In addition to the cluster of flowers I added a stamped branch using Butterfly Stamp Set.

I love using Gabi’s diamonds pattern from her Patterned Textures Stamp Set.

Don’t you just love that cute bird from the “Wings and Things” Layered Embellishments.

I also used the Butterfly Stamp Set to stamp some butterflies, coloured them in and fussy cut them.

One of the butterflies was directly stamped on the background paper and coloured in.

I hope you enjoyed today’s post and got inspired!

Thank you so much for your visit today!
