Today I’m up on 49 and Market blog with a layout featuring the Vintage Artistry collection. I chose a photo taken in the garden of the castle of Rivau (Loire Valley, France) of the sculpture of Amy O’Neill “Old Woman Shoe”.
I primed the background with clear gesso. Then I added the first design with a stencil and 3D Gloss Gel. When dry I added a second design with another stencil and Platinum Crackle Paste.
When the crackle paste was dry, I colored the background with different colors of Twinkling H2Os.
I colored the flowers with the same Twinling H2Os as well as the die-cut leaves.
I painted the Blooming Branch and the Curly Gate die-cuts with the Rust Effect paste: I only used the brown and red pastes. I added some Rubilite Twinkling H2O to finish them instead of the Gold Paste.
I glued all the embellishments with 3D gel and added some random stamping to finish.
