this photo is of myself, Mum, and Dad at an AFL (Australian Football) luncheon, we were so lucky that is still going ahead, it had been re-scheduled due to Covid a few times and finally, it happened. My Mum is a “one eyed” Eagles supporter and she was ever so happy we all still got to go. The perfect scrapbooking paper for this memory is the amazing Vintage Artistry WEDGEWOOD range, the blues and orange hues together are just gorgeous.
This paper is the Bonus sheet from the 12×12 Collection Pack, I have added the Roughly Sewn Rub-ons around the edging of my page then used Distress Ink – Vintage Photo to ink all the edges of my papers and pieces from the Collage Stack after distressing them a little to add some texture. When using the gorgeous laser cuts I shape the backs to add dimension, liquid scrap dots (Silicone) is great to use under the leaves and butterflies, etc that you want to look 3D.
To finish off my layout I have added washi strips here and there and the heavenly Wedgewood Rub-Ons, which are not just for paper, you can see I have added them to the white chipboard corner piece so it is not so stark and blends beautifully with the rest of the page. Finally, I have added the sequins and beads (I Love those little beads) from the laser cut sheet, again shaping them and adding dimension.
