Hello,
I love collecting empty packaging, I always look at these items with scrapper eyes and imagine a project that I could give a new creative use to common objects. I love altered objects and I think that with scrapbooking techniques we can create something beautiful that keeps our dearest memories.
I got this empty cigarette box from a dear friend during a trip, it was very simple, all in thick kraft paper with some torn labels. I coated the whole box with the elements of the “VA Natural Nouveau Ephemera stack” and darkened the edges a little with brown paint to give it an aged look. the die cuts of the “VA sage” collection mixed with metal ornaments and the “Wishing Bubbles” decorate and give charm to the small box.
The box contains a mini album made with chipboard cards. they were coated with the papers from the “VA natural” and some Ephemeras from the same collection, I also used the stamps to add different prints and pierced each card and joined them with a chain.
This mini isreally small, something you can carry in your bag, much better than cigarettes? I will give this as a gift to my friend so that she can keep her memories in a very different way.
