Hi 49 and Markets fans!
Today I am with you to show you my last project for June, I made a layout with the mini collection Vintage Artistry Color- Natural. I used a photo of my youngest son when he was little, he is so cute with all his blond hair curls. I love photos when my kids were very young, today they no longer want to have their photos taken.
Here is my layout.
I explain a little the steps that I made for my layout. For starters, I put a layer of gesso on the entire surface of the background paper. I used the Crazy Stitching stamp set with Versamark and Embossing Glaze Walnut Stain to make the entire outline of my page to make a sewing effect, as well as on the laser cut frame. To make the brick effect I took a stencil and spread Graphite paste mixed with a little green paint. Before it was dry I sprinkled a little white embossing powder and walnut stain embossing glaze to give more depth. I stamped here and the writing with permanent gray ink and Ticket Express Stamp Set and some foliage with Gabi’s Label Stamp Set.
I used the large window of the Vintage Artistry Color-Lilac laser cuts sheet, the foliage, and the clock of Vintage Artistry Color-Sky. Some items of the Ephemera stack natural. I cut foliage and small flowers in the 6×6 Vintage Artistry Color-Natural pad. Then I made a big bouquet with lots of flowers, laser cuts, chipboards, ephemera … With green watercolor ink I went around my composition to give more texture and colors, to finish I made a few white and green drops here and there.
