Hello, 49 and Market fans!
Thank you for stopping by on this post to get inspired and know how I created this layout. Have you seen the wonderful new mini collections and embellishments?? They are not only stunning but also make the creation of layouts a thing of a “ready to go” issue. It’s just a matter of taking all elements and “mix and match” to create a good composition.
For this layout of today, I’ve used most of the new range of products, so you can see how I worked with them. I took the natural and sky mini collections along with the washi strips, collage stacks and stitched frames in the same tones and started to do the composition. At first I was worried about colors, as my photo (made by Dmitry @lucewiczphoto and featuring the beautiful @elinafarmiga) shows a natural / coral tones. But blue was perfect to highlight Elina’s eyes 🙂
To start with, I decided about how to arrange my new embellishments with the photo. Afterwards, I worked on the background, which is a paper from Captured Adventures collection. Some texture crackle paste over a stencil and stamping here and there with grey ink. I also used the stitching stamp on the edges of the layout: love the way it shows there.
Then it was time for the composition. As it was decided at the beginning of the project, I just started glueing everything down but adding lots of new flower arrangements. I encourage you to buy and use them on your project, you’ll be surprised about how well it seems on your projects <3 I also used some lacey trim to create focus interest.
When everything was done and to finish the project, I added art stones, microbeads and blue beads, and some blue color splashes.
