I wanted to go back to the beautiful “Tattered Garden” papers, to which I have a great fondness. These were the first papers thanks to which I met the brand 49andMarket. I used the page “Tattered Playground”. It’s a gorgeous collection, a combination of darkness and shadow with feminine floral motifs.
My layout has many layers, as usual. I kept it in the colors from the main paper: grey, violet, green, pink, and white. I added a few silver embellishments and made a sparkling embossing on wedding chipboards. I used a green structure paste to make floral motifs. I put the whole layout on a square MDF base, which is perfect to hang on the wall.
I primed the paper with clear gesso. Then I glued high composition, so that I could add a lot of flowers and other embellishments under it. The layers under the photo I built from pieces of papers from the “Natural Collage Stacks” and frame from “Coral stitched frames” set. On the background I put lovely 3d elements from “Eucalyptus Dreams” embellishment sets and decorated the page with laser cut elements from “Tattered Garden” collection.
I added flowers from four collections: “Seaside Blooms – Cotton”, “Sugar Posies – Huckleberry”, “Botanical Potpourri – Snow” and “Mini Series – Punch”. I also put a lot of embellishments: lace, clay, and metal elements. And big pink peacock feather. I used acrylic paints to make the shadow and sprinkled page with glitter and sequins.
