Today I’m up on 49 and Market blog with a new layout featuring the Sweet Reflection collection. I chose to work with another of my family photo.
I stamped randomly with two stamps, Flowery Tile as and Pascale’s Rations, with two inks. When done, I primed the background with clear gesso. Next, I added a design with a stencil and a silver crackle paste.
When the paste was dry, I colored the background with different inks. Next, I splattered the background a soft matte gel that I have watered down. I immediately sprinkle a brown embossing powder that I hat embossed.
Next, I colored some flowers and some leaves I had die cut in a watercolor paper. While the leaves were still wet I sprinkled them with the embossing powder which I heat set.
I cut a few papers to add under the photo, and I glued all the embellishments: some doily scraps, the flowers, and the leaves.
To finish the layout I added some mica flakes and microbeads.
