Hello dear friends! It’s December, and so another year has almost gone by. It just feels like it has gone so fast. Do you agree? Since we are at the start of the festive season, I thought I’d share this Christmas layout, I created using our beautiful Winter’s Edge Collection.

I was inspired by this photo featuring my colleague, her son, and Santa, with the Christmas tree and toys in the background. I wanted to include some of the 49 And Market twine and tied it to the top of the page, creating a triangle on the left, to lead the eye to the photo.

Given the time of year, I thought of all the letters Santa would be receiving from all the children across the world. It occurred to me that the postcard and the letter on the bonus sheet of the Ethereal Collection and stamps from the 6×6 Bold and Beautiful Laser Cuts are the perfect embellishments around my photo area.

I loved the background paper and wanted to create a textured photo mat using 49 And Market Burlap Ribbon.

As you can see, the flowers I chose to use are a combination of the just released collection and a much older collection. I also added a couple more Laser Cut shapes from the Winter’s Edge Collection.

Last but not least I finished it off with a couple of berries, Christmas inspired stickers and 3D Powertex Balls from [email protected]
