Hello Dear Friends,
This is Veena, today I am here to share the layout I have created using the “Vintage Artistry Shore” collection. The photo used in the layout is from Johanna_Dye.
I started by applying clear gesso on the “Vintage Artistry Shore- Barrier Reef” paper from “Vintage Artistry Shore 12×12 Collection Pack” to prime it. Once the gesso was dried, I applied “Ice & Snow” paste through bubbles stencil and dried it using a heat tool. Then, I applied watercolor in a light blue shade on the texture paste bubbles.
Then I started prepping the embellishments for the layout, I selected few “Vintage Artistry Shore Ephemera Stack” elements and distressed them using blue archival ink. I colored few sea theme chipboards in blue and brown shades to match the base paper. I also picked few air-dry clay starfish and applied white gesso on them.
Then I started building composition by stacking ephemera elements and laser cuts from “Vintage Artistry Shore 12×12 Collection Pack”. I used a frame from “Vintage Artistry Essentials – 4×6 File Frame Set” for the photo and adhered the ephemera. I also added the laser-cut distressed frames on both sides of the composition.
I then added “Garden Petals – Sea Glass” flowers to the composition. I also added chipboards under the layers to give my layout a heavy look. I then added cute laser-cut fishes in the left bottom around the soft coral print. I also added the air-dry clay starfishes to the composition.
I then applied “Vintage Artistry Shore Rub-Ons” and “Wishing Bubbles – Crush” around the composition. To adorn the project, I added art stones, pearls, sequins, white gesso splatters, and white embossed “Holiday” sentiment.
