For today’s layout, I am using the Vintage Artistry Anywhere collection. The Anywhere collection is not just for travel photos – I have used it to document photos of my son and it has been perfect. Colors of blue, green and brown work so well for many of the photos of have of him.

I chose the Edges paper which is available in the Collection pack and separately. I trimmed of the edges of the paper down to the printed border and distressed the edges. I then mounted it on the B side of the Quest paper which I also distressed. As I attached the Edges paper to the Quest, I added two narrow torn strips of the B side of the Journal Cards paper to the top and bottom edges of the Edges paper – these strips are about three quarters of the width of the Edges paper. I then used a film strip ephemera piece from the Anywhere laser cut elements to create a shaker box strip. These are very easy to make. I just add clear acetate behind the die-cut with glue, then create the pockets by using foam tape around each square of the filmstrip, add sequins to each square and then finish with another layer of acetate. I like to use two acetate layers so that you can see through to the background paper. For this shaker box I did not fill the centre two squares as I knew one of the photos was going to cover it. I also wanted to make sure sequins stayed in the pocket above the photo, so I added foam tape between the squares in the filmstrip so make each square separate

Once I knew where on the page my photos and filmstrip shaker box were going to sit, I then added some Anywhere Rub-On Transfers to the page so they sat above the left hand photo, it the top right corner of the right hand photo and between the two photos at the bottom.

I have used two 4×6 inch photos on this layout. Under the left hand photo I added pieces from the Anywhere Ephemera bits to back the photo. For the right hand photo, I added the twine from the laser cuts in the Collection Pack. I then attached two of the tags from the laser cuts to make it look like they are hanging off the twine.

I then added clusters of various pieces from the laser cuts in the Collection Pack and Anywhere Ephemera bits to the right side and bottom left of the photos. I finished the layout with a camera and arrow from the Rose Gold Vintage Artistry Essentials Shaped Clips. The rose gold color worked perfectly with the sequins I used in the shaker pocket film strip.
