Hello everyone, my dears!)
I keep experimenting with our materials. And today I will show you the “Favorite place” page, which has formed from different collections.
I urge you not to be afraid and combine materials in this way, as they fit perfectly and complement each other.
At the heart of my work is the Edges paper, the background of which I worked with texture paste, stamps, and of course our Vintage Artistry Anywhere and Vintage Artistry Essentials rub-ons, which created this gorgeous print on it. How much I use rub-ons, every time I am convinced that this is a universal product that can be used to work not only on the background. With the help of rub-ons, you can connect the layers in the composition, as well as add zest to the chipboard.
Our cuttings from different collections, plaster figures, a little chipboard, new items in the form of acetate plant cuttings Vintage Artistry Essentials – Foliage and Shaped Clips – Dark Greige helped me to express the variety of textures in the composition.
I really liked working with acetate, it gives airiness to the composition, complements it with a print, and the reverse side of the cutouts adds complexity and additional tonality to the work.
