Hi everyone!!!
I hope that you all are ok. Today I present to you a summer beach layout, I need sun because here in Quebec it is still cold and gray there is not much sun yet, usually in April, it is much more beautiful and warm but this year spring is slow to come.
So here is my layout with an old photo of my son at the beach when he was young.
So here’s how I did my layout. I used papers and laser cuts from the Seaside Shipwerck 6×8 collection, the Seaside, and Shipwreck 12×12 mini collections. As always I start with a layer of clear gesso on all the papers. I glued the two 6×8 paper on the background paper. Then I put a little Chalk paste of different colors here and there to make more colors and texture to my page. I made a pattern of fishing net with a stencil of Dusty Attic with a mixture of two colors of Chalk paste.
I stamped a small wood motif with Pascale’s Tickets and numbers stamp Set and permanent brown ink here and there at the bottom of my page and with the same stamp I stamped with Versamark that I then powdered it with Oatmeal embossing powder which I melted with the heat gun.
I also stamped some starfish with a Gabi’s Underwater Stamp Set stamp and Versamark and Turquoise embossing powder.
I used several laser cuts and an underwater set of layered embellishment, chipboard, molds, small rocks, shells, foliage and lots of flowers. At the bottom of my page, I used a few paint colors diluted with water to give texture and depth. I finished my layout with Art Stones and microbeads and a few drops of white and gray ink.
