Hello, 49 and Market fans!

Have you already play with the new Vintage Artistry collections? They are gorgeous! Just taking some stitched frames, collage stacks and the laser cuts makes me feel happy, as they are all you need to create a stunning page! I can’t stop playing with them on my projects, so this time I share with you a new layout featuring Vintage Artistry Sky color collection. For this purpose, I’ve used this great photo made by the Russian photographer Maria Lipina (maria_lipina).
The very first thing I did was painting my chipboards. It was clear to me that they were going to be inked in blue and black. But there are two of them that are special. I do love to work my chipboards with texture crackle paste. In this way, just putting small quantities with a spatula, you create a white layer with texture. Afterward I like to add some texture color, and here I used Broken China Distress ink with a sponge.
While everything was set apart to dry, I covered the background with a coat of clear gesso. Then I glued the paper over a 2mm cardboard and I applied some crackle white paste through a stencil. Then, some stamping with new stamp sets from 49&Market, and splashes with red colors before I started layering.
As I told you before, I love using the new elements from this collection, so I took one stitched frame and some paper stacks to create a mat for the photo. Then, I started adding flowers in blue and white until I thought it was ok. I also decided to add some scarlet flowers here and there. Finally, I layered the words and created that spot of elements on the right side to add interest on that side. To finish the project, I added art stones, blue beads, and some white color splashes.
