Today I am happy to be sharing a new layout with you using the new Art Options Avesta collection. This is one of my all-time favorite collections, I absolutely love the colors and elements. There is nothing about it I don’t like.
I added “faux stitching” around the page as I do on almost every layout that I do. I added some Wishing Bubbles and Baubles in blush in various spots on the page as well. I layered a few on some of the Avesta chipboard elements. Also used some of the cute little Royal Posies in Bashful.
I used lots of Avesta laser-cut elements. Especially the florals and greenery. Also the butterflies! I also used a few of the Sugar Stems in Tutti Frutti. I mixed them all together to give dimension and texture. Also folded the edges of the little butterfly wings.
I added some of the Avesta rub ons to one of the chipboard tags first, then added a bloom from the Laser cut elements, then added more chipboard (phrase and hearts and a Bubble and Bauble heart too. I cut the little ribbon and bow from the Laser cut elements apart and added it as well!
I layers pieces of the paper with other elements with the photo and did the faux stitching around the borders. The photo is of our daughter and her husband on an old country road and super old bridge! I thought the papers brought out the beautiful rustic colors in the bridge! I love creating with this collection!!!
