Today I’m up on 49 and Market blog with a new layout featuring the Vintage Artistry collection. I chose a photo taken in the Oriental garden of Maulévrier (49, France). I worked on the colors.
I primed the Report paper, that I chose as the background, with clear gesso as well as the Paper Clipping sheet. Then I added a design with a stencil and platine crackle paste.
When dry, I stamped randomly with a brown ink the brick design from Gabi’s Texture stamp set. I primed the papers I cut from the Paper Clippings with clear gesso too.
I fussy cut some flowers and leaves from the Flora and Fauna cut out .
I colored lightly the flowers so the color will match the photo. I colored also the background different colors that match the photo.
I finished the layout with some random stamping with the text stamp from Gabi’s Label stamp set and some Prills.
