Hello crafty friends!
It’s a new month and I have some new projects to share with you. Today I am sharing my frist layout created with the latest and greatest “Cottage Life” paper collection. I love the fresh and trendy color palette in this collection. Of course I couldn’t do without the gorgeous coordinating “Cottage Life Layered Embellishments”. Oh, and these fabulous hot off the press flowers – aren’t they pretty? I am in love <3

My layout was based on Cottage Life “Watering the Garden” pattern paper. I cut the pattern paper into two parts and exchanged the places. After that I used a decorating border punch for both sides of the paper. Then I used a doily stencil and modelling paste to add some texture.
(N.B. I didn’t measure anything – I used my eyes to “place” the flourishes more on the left side of the layout!)
I added a fussy cut doily from Cottage Life “Garden Seeds” pattern paper.
There are a few cut outs used from “Cottage Cut Outs”.
