Captured – Layout by Veena Chowdhry

Hello Crafty People!

This is Veena here again with another inspiration and I have created a process video for it. I have created a layout using the “Remnants Mini 12×12 Collection Pack” collection.

I started by applying clear gesso on the “Remnants – Forgotten Paper” paper from “Remnants Mini 12×12 Collection Pack”. Once dried, I then applied golden nugget paste through the stencil.

I took a laser-cut Frame and inserted a photo in it. I adhered few chipboard pieces under it to add layers to add dimension and glued them to the base paper.

I then started building composition by stacking Wildflowers – Storm, Sugar Petals – Huckleberry and Maura’s Vineyard – Rosé flowers and laser cuts from “Remnants Mini 12×12 Collection Pack”. I also used dried moss to add height to the elements.

Then I added die cuts, pearls, art stones and glass beads. I also applied brown color around the composition to add depth. In the end, I added white gesso splatters and stamping using “Ticket Express Stamp Set”.
