Hello!
It’s very warm in Poland this summer: sunny and full of happiness after lockdown. It’s also wedding time. I’ve prepared a wedding layout – bright and fresh.
I used the beautiful Vintage Artistry collection in the color of the sky. I chose the “Admit One” page, which has beautiful blue-sage shades. I made a grey splash using acrylic paint.
I primed the paper with clear gesso, then I applied chalk texture paste using a delicate floral stencil. The whole composition I kept it in the colors from the main paper: blue, sage, white, and a little natural beige. I put one big one clay element, which became my axis of the project. Then I glued a piece of lace or guipure and a few threads of sisal. The main composition is high and layered. I wanted very large flowers to fit under the photo.
I prepared the photo, enriching its frame with elements from the “Vintage Artistry Sky Collage Stacks” and “Vintage Artistry Sky Nouveau Ephemera Stack” sets. I also added beautiful flowers from different collections: Botanical Potpourri Snow, Sugar Petals Blue Raspberry, Vintage Shades Botanical, and Potpourri Blue and Sugar Posies Blue Raspberry. I glued also chipboards, cardboard inscription, vintage ribbon, and metal elements.
In the end, I added some beads and sprinkled the page with glitter and sequins. Thanks to the “Wishing Bubbles” stickers, I optically lengthen the composition.
