Georgie here with you today and I’m sharing a father and son inspired layout. These two get on like nothing else I know, and you could tell that early on that my son looks to his father with so much adoration, that you know they are going to grow up to be very close.
This is one of my favourite photos of them – the first time my son went into the sea properly and this was the start of our beautiful adventure holidays as a family. I adorned this with LOTS of beautiful flowers from 49 and Market, those gorgeous teals and greens, and kept it quite bubbly…
These wonderful thick papers are a brilliant surface for heavy mixed media based layouts. For this layout I chose the B side of Windflower from the Flower Fairies range. Love the neutral tone with the sparkle effect of the paper.
The tiny flowers (although looking larger here in it’s close up 😉 ) are the Rustic Green Mini Daisy Blooms and make excellent little accents.
The larger flowers (Rustic Green Blooms) created the based for my photo and also acts as a great resource to rest it on as well as escaping in a wild and fun manner from behind.
That’s it from me for today, thank you as always for stopping by.
