Hello 49 and Market friends!
It’s Valia Katzaki today on the blog to show you my latest creation for 49 and Market. It’s no secret that Vintage Artistry is my favorite collection. The subtle patterns and the muted colors lend themselves to any kind of layout you can imagine. Thus, it was an obvious choice for this vintage wedding photo of my maternal grandparents. They both look very beautiful, don’t you think?
For my background I used the “Botanical Press” paper. And just look at the amazing texture you can get just by using Gabi’s crackle texture stamp set!
The leaves from the Multi Beige Basic Flowers were given a mist of Iridiscent Gold for extra shine. The cutest butterfly is fussy cut from the “Spring cut out sheet” of Flowers Fairies collection.
The flowers were also misted with Iridiscent Gold and adorned with microbeads. The Rustic Poinsettia was heavily misted with various mists but you can see she helded her shape perfectly!
Another view of the flowers. The paper doily was cut from the Vintage Artistry 6×6 paper pad. The small paper pad is perfect for layering and die-cutting, you don’t have to cut your base papers!
All chipboard used all from Dusty Attic and you can find them at the Scrapbook Diaries shop here.
I used the Vintage Artistry Ephemera Cut Out Sheet for layering under my photo. Last step was to use Gabi’s Patterned Textures with teal foil to give that extra sparkle and character to my layout.
