Adventure at 16 years old – Album by Soledad Jimenez

Hello beautiful people ,
Today I am here to share with you a travel diary, where I can include photographs, passages, tickets, all kinds of memories. It’s a very special project since it will be a gift for my niece Daniela to save all the experience of a semester of studies in Canada from the Canary Islands – Spain, with only 16 years.

I have used one of the wonderful albums from 49 and market, exactly the Foundations Essential Binder – Vintage Sage.

I want to start with the cover, I have made a layered composition where I have used one of the cards from the Vintage Artistry Anywhere collection – 12 × 12 Collection Pack, I have recycled one of the cardboard that wraps the transfers, I found it beautiful, besides I have added laser cut from the collection, the Vintage Artistry Anywhere Ephemera Bits and the Vintage Artistry Anywhere – Rub-on Transfers. As a closure, I used silk ribbon as well as a small side that I added to the cover giving a more romantic touch that characterizes me so much in my work.
Its interior has different types of pages that I have been decorating.

Each page, I have lined it with the sheets of Vintage Artistry Anywhere Collection in 12×12 and 6×8 sizes.
On the first page I have added Foundations Waterfall Enclosure – 4 × 6 Kraft that I decorated with the same collection, I think it’s wonderful and this product gives a lot of play.

One of the details to highlight are the Roughly Sewn Rub-Ons in Black that I have put on the edges simulating that I have sewn the pages, I have to say that I’m fascinated by the real result. As you can see in the photographs I was generating different textures and layers as flaps and pockets, where I was using cuttings from the same collection and vegetable paper.
In each of the pages for a more complete and more beautiful composition I added different accessories to match the collection such as Vintage Artistry Anywhere Ephemera Bits, Vintage Artistry Anywhere – Wishing Bubbles and Trinkets and Vintage Artistry Anywhere Chipboard Stickers, I’m in love with all these products, they make it very easy for us to make our work precious.

As everything is always little, I finished the project with the Vintage Artistry Anywhere – Rub-on Transfers and the Vintage Artistry Anywhere Washi Tape.
I can’t forget a nice detail that I have put on one of the pages that is equally important, one of the Vintage Artistry Essentials – Word Clips – Rose Gold.

I have really enjoyed this project, every day I’m happier to have these wonderful products, 49 and Market is a great brand.
