“Happy” by Gerry van Gent

Hello crafty friends from all over the world!

Happy 1st of February! Today I am sharing a layout with you featuring once again our latest flowers! I also added two awesome layered embellishments (from our New release!) and as always I used a mixture of beautiful 49 and Market pattern papers & clear stamps.

After using  different mediums for my background I began arranging the flowers. For the base I used Garden Vine (Pale Lavender) – I removed the original flowers from the vine and instead I used  some of the new blooms. I laid the vine horizontally and decorated it with various flowers.

The bird on the nest was fussy cut from the Heirloom Botanicals “Conservatory” paper.

The flowers underneath the nest were fussy cut from Flower Fairies of Spring “Windflower” paper.

I “filled in” the basket with Vintage shades blooms. Then adhered it under the vine.

This particular flower comes from the Vintage Shades Sage Bouquet package! The fussy cut branches and the layered embellishments are the perfect “company” for it.

So in love with the “Happy” Chipboard from Dusty Attic!

My layout ended up way too dimensional which means it won’t fit in a scrapbook album. It’s perfect for hanging on the wall though 😉

Thank you so much for your visit today!

Stay tuned as I have one more project to share …soon 🙂
